| Nickiesha burst on the scene in 2007, making rapid progress in the 400m hurdles and shocking many established performers. In the same season she zoomed from a 56-plus to a 53-second runner.
She had a dream run at the World CHampionships in Tokyo, gliding through the rounds and setting herself up for a grandstand finish in the final. In that race, Nickiesha fought like a tigress and came up just short of a medal, finishing fourth. |
