A registration fee of $6,000.00 must be made for you to participate at the meet.
Co-educational schools/institutions must complete separate entries for male and female teams.
A discounted entry fee of $5,500 per team is applicable only if both teams are being entered.
Individuals entering as unattached will be required to pay an entry fee of $500.

Entries must be emailed or dropped off no later than Friday, January 2, 2015.
All coaches / managers are expected to confirm receipt of their entries.
Maximum of four (4) athletes per event per class, the first four (4) on the entry forms will be assumed to those preferred.
No late entries will be accepted
