DOUBLE world record-holder Usain Bolt and two-time Olympic 200-metres champion Veronica Campbell Brown are favourites to cop the main awards at today's Jamaica Amateur Athletic Association (JAAA) annual Scotiabank-sponsored Golden Cleats Awards Luncheon at the Terra Nova Hotel, starting at 12:30 pm.
Bolt, who had a shortened season last year, clocked 19.56 seconds in the 200 at the Jamaica Invitational Meet in May, the fourth fastest time ever over the distance.

Campbell Brown, who won the IAAF World Indoor 60m gold medal in Doha, was also the fastest woman over the 100 and 200 last season.
She ran a personal best 10.78 seconds in the 100 at the Prefontaine Meet after clocking 21.98 seconds in the half-lap event at the Adidas Classic in New York.
Also nominated on the men's side are Bolt's Racers Club teammate Jermaine Gonzales, who broke the national 400m record with 44.40 seconds at the Hercules meeting in Monaco; Nesta Carter of MVP who ran 9.78 seconds -- the fourth fastest 100 time ever -- and Commonwealth Games 100m champion Lerone Clarke.
Diamond League 400m hurdlers winner Kaliese Spencer; Commonwealth Games triple jump champion Trecia-Kay Smith and Sheree Francis, the high from silver medallist from the Commonwealth Games and CAC Games, are among the other female candidates.
The coach of the year will also be announced, with Glen Mills of Racers and MVP's Stephen Francis the main candidates.
